Business Development
One of our clients is a not-for-profit organisation. They had a requirement to develop commercial partnerships with (and thus raise money from) the corporate sector, in order to fund a significant new project which would affect its whole operation.

Our client’s marketing function was already heavily committed to existing work, and so extra capacity was vital to develop the necessary sponsorship programme and then promote it.

Ergonomy took on the task of leading the development of the programme, and then its communication to target companies. Ergonomy was also involved in many of the meetings with potential sponsors, and the negotiation of appropriate commercial contracts.

As a result, just under £1m was raised in sponsorship commitments from the corporate sector, in about a year.
