| Business Development Our client’s marketing function was already heavily committed to existing work, and so extra capacity was vital to develop the necessary sponsorship programme and then promote it. Ergonomy took on the task of leading the development of the programme, and then its communication to target companies. Ergonomy was also involved in many of the meetings with potential sponsors, and the negotiation of appropriate commercial contracts. As a result, just under £1m was raised in sponsorship commitments from the corporate sector, in about a year. |
